ซูเราะห์ 13 Ar-Ra'd (The Thunder), อายะห์ 39

1. يَمْحُو اللَّهُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَيُثْبِتُ ۖ وَعِنْدَهُ أُمُّ الْكِتَابِ

   Allah eliminates what He wills or confirms, and with Him is the Mother of the Book.
