1. إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَئِهِ فَاسْتَكْبَرُوا وَكَانُوا قَوْمًا عَالِينَ

   To Pharaoh and his establishment, but they were arrogant and were a haughty people.
