ซูเราะห์ 2 Al-Baqarah (The Cow), อายะห์ 227

1. وَإِنْ عَزَمُوا الطَّلَاقَ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ

   And if they decide on divorce - then indeed, Allah is Hearing and Knowing.
