ซูเราะห์ 32 As-Sajdah (The Prostration), อายะห์ 18

1. أَفَمَنْ كَانَ مُؤْمِنًا كَمَنْ كَانَ فَاسِقًا ۚ لَا يَسْتَوُونَ

   Then is one who was a believer like one who was defiantly disobedient? They are not equal.
