ซูเราะห์ 50 The letter Qaaf (Qaf), อายะห์ 18

1. مَا يَلْفِظُ مِنْ قَوْلٍ إِلَّا لَدَيْهِ رَقِيبٌ عَتِيدٌ

   Man does not utter any word except that with him is an observer prepared (to record).
